Parts I-V feel more satisfying as a standalone song, and maybe more moving and entrancing, but VI-IX is still an absolute 100/100. Moves between each part so smoothly. The way part 6 builds and builds on top of that warbling baseline like a man falling into madness is astonishing, and part 8 is just so fucking groovy. It's all among some of the best music ever made. (Edited)

The last few notes of this song (and this album)are a hidden hommage to Syd Barrett: it's the melody of See Emily Play! Wonderful attention. (Edited)
