I'm sure some of these have been said, but:

-The end of Joanna Newsom's "Only Skin," when the male voice begins the duet. until the end of the song.

-When the guitars enter about about 2 seconds into My Bloody Valentine's "Only Shadow."

-The choruses of Love's Alone Again Or and Talking Head's Once in a Lifetime.

-About 13:09 minutes into Miles Davis's "In a Silent Way/It's About that Time," where the groove the musicians were laying down for a few minutes prior just explodes.

-The beginning of Big Boi's 2nd verse in Outkast's "Aquemini"

-The bit that first appears (I think) at 5:15 in DJ Shadow's Changeling is really, really beautiful.

probably could think of more but I'll stop there.
