The Number of the Beast is pretty damn great, I love every track except for Gangland, which has always sounded like filler to me. Powerslave, Somewhere in Time and Seventh Son of a Seventh Son are better, though. I recommend not wasting time on the 1998 remasters, by the way, the originals sound way better, especially Somewhere in Time, which managed to hurt my ears (!).
