I recently discovered Rain Dogs, as well. Instant top 20, quite possibly higher after a few more listens.

I listened to it twice yesterday, planning on giving it another listen today too. Not sure it's top 20 material for me, but definitely worthy of my chart.

That's awesome!

I recommend getting more into his stuff. He and Eno both have such extensive discographies to explore! If you like Rain Dogs I do believe you'll love Bone Machine from '92 I think. It features some great ramshackle harmonies with Keith Richards on a couple tracks (or maybe just one, "That Feel")

Also you'll probably like the other 2 albums he surrounded Rain Dogs with - Swordfishtrombone and Franks Wild Years. Mule Variations is my 2nd fave however, and the 3 to make my chart as of now are Rain Dogs, Mule Variations and his debut Closing Time.

I made a few new Factory purchases recently... which has sparked a bit of a relisten to the back catalogue! I still love the diversity and the sense of pride it instills for the first industrial city! Very Happy

Apart from that... been riding a trip hop train for a little while and found a heap of stuff I didn't know or had forgotten from first time round! Which is YAY!

I have also been inspired to 'do a Joy' and start listening to some disco again! Might start that particular venture at the weekend!

Arghh!

So much music, so little time!
