How do I add a description to my chart?

Hi guys

I noticed that some of the charts have a description at the top. How the hell do you add that? Do you need to be a certain level to do that?

There's a text box below your chart during editing.

Thanks man! That thing is not obvious at all... Would make sense for it to be on the top like it is when the chart is displayed.

You could offer that as a suggestion in the... welll... "Suggestions" forum.
