That was used as a part in the first track was it? It sounds similar to something.

Also don't like the 'Monster' track at all.

ripped off implies he stole without permission and gave no credit to the orginal artist or song. Not only did Bon Iver give permission he recorded extra stuff for that song and worked on others. Additionally he (Justin Vernon) stated in interviews how honored he was. So choose your words carefully.
