I find it incredible that significantly more people have voted in this matchup than in any of the others from this round, all of which contain records that are considerably better and more highly regarded than either of these two. That almost double the amount of people have bothered to vote here than have done in the Endtroducing vs. Heart of the Congos album is indicative of the average age of BEA's users I guess, but still a little disheartening nonetheless.

This one has also been open for 5 days already, which might have something to do with it... the others were open for 2, if I'm not mistaken.

Is the next group coming?

(EDIT: I just realized that the Endroducing one is still open too... but, still, maybe the length of the voting period explains why this has so many more votes than the other match-ups. Entroducing vs. Heart of the Congos notwithstanding...)

Well I was specifically talking about this most recent set of four matches, all of which have been open for five days and of which this one has attracted significantly more votes, bizarrely. The fact that Fleet Foxes vs. The ArchAndroid has garnered more interest than Inflammable Material vs. The Doors or the aforementioned Shadow vs. Congos match is just incredible, whilst I'd have even thought Roman Candle vs. Milk-Eyed Mender would've been of more interest to users than this match. Apparently I was mistaken.

It probably has a lot to do with how high profile Fleet Foxes' and Janelle's albums are here. I only vote in this if I've heard both albums. Honestly, I've been trying to keep up as much as possible, but between time and personal preference to listen to my own music, I don't always have time and have to abstain a lot sometimes. At least, that's my story as I voted for the Archandroid/FF matchup and not the Entroducing... one.
