May have been unfair to Bush recently. Surely the first third of this record is not happy with what I said about her. I'll probably make amends by the end of the record.
Well that Figg Panamera record was dope. Nothing particularly special, but it had some nice variation and it was largely pulled off with aplomb. Young Thug stole the show whenever he turned up, as he is wont to do, but that's neither here nor there and certainly doesn't reflect badly on Panamera's ability - at this moment in time, Thugger would steal the show if you put him on a track with Kendrick Lamar, Andre 3000 and a resurrected Biggie Smalls. It's a strong rap release that I recommend and will be returning to.
Anyway, now onto:

Because there's nothing like some, erm, classical Greek folk music to prepare you for the day ahead. Honestly, I know nothing about Greek music, but this is genuinely really great so far.
Edit: Beautiful, dreamy & ethereal - turns out to be a very good choice to start the day here (even at this late hour). ๐
"Although Sweet Child is usually cited as the group's high-water mark, Basket of Light finds them at their most progressive and exciting. Highlights of this album -- which actually reached the Top Five in the U.K. -- include the buzzing jazz dynamics of "Light Flight," their moving rendition of the traditional folk song "Once I Had a Sweetheart," their reinvention of the girl group smash "Sally Go Round the Roses," and "Springtime Promises," one of their finest original tunes." And is that not some cause
For worship, being born among these trees?"
