Listened to this via online stream... It's a very good album, better than "First Impressions" and slightly weaker than Room on Fire (far from Is This It).. Fans should enjoy it.. What I liked - while they didn't exactly reinvent themselves, I think this album isn't just "more of the same"..
Favourites: first two songs, Life is simple in the moonlight

5.9 from pitchfork, that is way too low imo. I didn't have any expectations for the album, but I am really enjoying it so far. It isn't a classic, but I think there are some real strong points.
