i brush/floss/rinse every day
but it doesn't help my yellow coffee-stained teeth. any help?

Well, this handy gizmo is known as a blackhead remover:

Don't own one myself but plan to - great way to remove blackheads in a sterile fashion.
The cheapest way to get rid of spots is just wash your face twice a day really - but you can try doing some DIY spot treatments. One thing you can try out is the aspirin mask, it's actually pretty incredible and only requires aspirin (which is filled with salicylic acid) and water (although I use witchhazel and/or tea tree oil): http://beautybanter.com/diy-aspirin-acne-mask-and-acne-angst

What kind of toothpaste are you using/have you considered using whitening strips (although I know they aren't great for your teeth)?
I typically put a little bit of baking soda on my toothbrush with my toothpaste for some extra whitening power, but tbph my teeth aren't exactly sparkling pearls themselves (MDMA abuse has helped assure that).

Got my full hair routine together here now for work. Casually I usually just use clay and a spray comb to give myself a quick and easy bedhead Morrissey look, but I had to get something more formal for work, so I did myself up something proper - which for me can be a lot of work, because my hair is naturally very messy and very curly. Thought I might jot down the process here.
I step out of the shower and work in a little mousse in for some volume. Then I smooth some clay into hands and work away at a part, take a wide comb (spayed with hairspray) and work it around the part, applying more pressure where I want the hair to stick down more and less where I went it to stay up. I do sort of a "small s" in this fashion. I then spray over the whole thing with a little more hairspray, then apply some hairspray to my fingers and use them to smooth down any split ends or frizz. And voila.

Friend of mine recommended this method to me, will be trying it out tonight, will report back about it tomorrow. Usually I don't like the idea of applying toothpaste to your skin - especially if it has fluoride, because it can really irritate your skin - but whatever.
