I recently created a private chart, but it does not appear in the "My Charts" page. When I attempt to create another chart, I get the error "You have already submitted another chart of this type." I saved the link to the chart, but when I attempt to access it I get the "This chart is invalid..." error.
It seems like the site recognizes that the chart exists and that it's private, but not that I am the creator of the chart. Is there any way around this? Thanks!
Hi, apologies for the problem. Is the issue still happening or has it gone away? (I'm just wondering if it's a temporary issue with caching or a permanent issue). I can see the chart in the database, so it looks like some kind of presentation problem.
