Hey so check out Todd Rundgren. I personally see a lot of similarity between him and Sufjan (just completely different and 30 years apart.) in that they both are just completely insanely creative and just go every which way on the amazing pop journeys. Specifically listen to this bad boy if you get a chance

In A Beautiful Place Out In The Country by Boards Of Canada
After Geogaddi, I'm ready to be encapsulated by this EP. I've heard great things, and I expect something interesting. Currently writing a rough draft for an article on a class I took this year. Science + Boards Of Canada is fitting.
I'll be getting on the recommendations soon! I welcome more ๐
EDIT: Great EP! It really sounds like the title feels. Comforting/Interesting.

Her Majesty The Decemberists by The Decemberists
I love their latest four records, so I decided to finish their discography! The Crane Wife is their best, but as a whole, this artist rocks my socks.
Wonderful album, though it's probably my least favorite from them thus far. (The Crane Wife > The King Is Dead > Picaresque > The Hazards Of Love > Her Majesty)

Here Comes The Indian by Animal Collective
Animal Collective is one of my favorites, so going into this was fun! It's extremely experimental, verging on blatant fun, which is always fun! It's so odd, but yeah, extremely enjoyable!
Quick rundown of what I've listened to from them (Spirit They're Gone, Spirit They've Vanished > Merriweather Post Pavilion > Feels > Sung Tongs > Strawberry Jam = Here Comes The Indian > Centipede Hz)

Diamond Dogs by David Bowie
Time to walk home, school is out and I have the morning off tomorrow. I was in the mood for a smoothie so I walked over to one of the local smoothie shops and grabbed one along with a David Bowie type of water. Anyhow, this album is good, but probably one of my least favorite Bowie records. It's a little samey with the instrumental production which is something that bothered me quite a bit.

A Wizard, A True Star by Todd Rundgren
Almost finished with this recommendation from Mercury! To sum up my thoughts on this so far can be summed up with a comment that I left on one of Mercury's charts, "I love you Mercury".
EDIT: I moved Diamond Dogs before this as it was listened to before this. Fantastic album! In the vein of Avant-Garde Pop, I love it! So artsy and fun!

Gish by The Smashing Pumpkins
Gish time! I've been meaning to listen to this album for quite some time, so finally listening to it is naturally an experience. As of now, I'm on the fourth track and enjoying it quite a bit.
I may fall asleep to this album, but I have the morning off of school tomorrow due to an afternoon AP Exam, so the morning shall be fun!'
EDIT: To fall asleep to Gish may be a future tradition. The closing track "Daydream" is nothing short of gorgeous and the rest of the album doesn't fail to deliver. A great piece in a great discography!

Prospekt's March by Coldplay
Finally getting onto this! As mentioned before, Coldplay is one of my favorite artists. Viva La Vida Or Death And All His Friends is actually in my Top 40, why it's so low, I don't know, it should be in my Top 30. Enough with that, it's time for this EP!
EDIT: This is what I was looking for plus more! Not as good as Viva La Vida Or Death And All His Friends, but it's still an impeccable effort.
