A few that spring to mind:

Second Coming by The Stone Roses

Yeah they didn't have the greatest extent of output but compared to the debut and their other singles this was a disappointment.

Coda by Led Zeppelin

Most Zep fans will understand this.

It's Hard by The Who

Really not great. The Who trying something they just aren't.

Heathen Chemistry by Oasis

For others they may have released other albums that are the perfect candidate for this sort of thread. Nevertheless this is it for me; bar a few great songs, the rest is boring filler.

okay, so the Phil Collins fronted version of Genesis is kinda lame, but Phil also just happens to be one hell of a great drummer

I agree. I'd assumed that went without saying. I suppose I should've clarified that the blemish wasn't Phil Collins so much as the decision to put Phil Collins behind the microphone?

Attention! Blah Blah Blah by Atom And His Package
the musical elements aren't even such a step down from the excellent self-titled and Society of People Named Elihu, but Atom goes out of his way to come off as a grumpy old man, covering the gamut of lyrical bores and provocations from demanding people stop smoking to Zionism.

Electriclarryland by Butthole Surfers

Our Love To Admire by Interpol

Electric Cafรฉ [Electric Cafe] by Kraftwerk

m b v by My Bloody Valentine

Midnight Memories by One Direction
no joke, they were the best pop group of any kind on the planet until this.

Terror Twilight by Pavement

Automatic For The People by R.E.M.
the beginning of the end of one of the greatest American rock institutions ever, so take this entry as this + everything after

Goo by Sonic Youth
same as above. fuck major label Sonic Youth

Also, every time Yoko Ono collaborated with John, it was a blemish on her career.

You're insane. All 3 of these albums are treasures among the best of any of their respective careers. Major label Sonic Youth really wasn't all that different than prior Sonic Youth. Automatic For the People was R.E.M.'s most consistent album since Murmur. if you're gonna mark an R.E.M. album as the beginning of the end, it's Monster. and mbv has already been discussed.

Let It Be by The Beatles

The Fab Four at their least consistent and least engaged. I love some of the songs, but it just doesn't work as a cohesive whole like every other Beatles album does.

Second Coming is still really good imo. Some days i like it more than the first. Breaking into Heaven is maybe their best song too.

and ill join the "wtf are you saying satiemaniac" club with the Goo comment as well.

Not for me. Not in a million years. Lacks the energy and swagger of the previous release.
