Are we now going to have three/four tournaments going on at once? Im all for a games bonanza but this looks like this is going to be tough to juggle.
I'm assuming and hoping this one is further down the line, a few months away at least. Nominations now is probably just for convenience of listening. Otherwise we could go the clusterfuck route but I don't think that'll yield as much involvement.

Hey ho! First I'd like to thank the ones who answered me on the musical random chat thread, I should have thought about the rec thread though, I'm fucking dumb haha.
Here's a tourney I'd really like to participate to if there's still room for me. Goodsir had already nom'd Scarface, Mobb Deep probably is in the top 500, and most certainly know / will know either Gravediggaz or Chance, so I'll nom something that misses my overall by a few places instead : Enta Da Stage by Black Moon. Sorry, no pic, I barely have Edge atm, I'll edit my post later if needed.
Argh, what to pick, what to pick. Every Ghostface album is eligible, as is the #1 on my chart, though I feel those albums get enough love anyway. Tempted to go with Clipse's Lord Willin' or Pharaohe Monch's Internal Affairs, or perhaps throw some UK representation into the mix with something by Jehst or Skinnyman or Roots Manuva. Below The Heavens is another possibility, but I figure somebody will nominate that anyway. Pinata or Blue Chips or Marcberg are all options, but I feel the tournament doesn't necessarily need too many albums from this decade. Then, of course, there are classics like Slick Rick's first, Brand Nubian's first, Innercity Griots, pretty much anything by Kool G. Rap or Scarface.
Now if somebody wants to nominate the rest of my suggestions, I'd be much obliged. 😉 _________________ 2021 in full effect. Come drop me some recs. Y'all know what I like.
