Yeah, man, pick two and let the other users (potentially) pick those. You're on the clock.

Isaiah! Which one would you like to nominate? :D
Actually just impossible. Give me some time or maybe some other people will nominate them for me.

I think us hip hop heads should come together and make the ultimate hip hop playlist (on Spotify even), I feel like we could introduce BEA to the greats/get them up to speed.

If you're interested in a project like this, get in touch with me. I'm willing to lead it. We can use a lot of the albums being used in this game, as well as stuff in the Top 750 and just stuff we think is at least worth a listen.

I can understand coming to BEA and then being dissuaded as a hip hop fan. We need to show some of the more stubborn people the power of lyricism and thoughtful beat construction and that hell, a lot of hip hop albums can have amazing concepts (Undun).

Let me know if I'm missing any key players.

Just make a collaborative Spotify playlist and post it. If there's any songs you don't agree with that are put on the playlist, you can delete them as creator.

We live in a country where being different at all is bad.

If you haven't listened to at least one of these, don't even claim you know hip hop. Sorry to be an asshole but damn. We need to show some of the more stubborn people the power of lyricism and thoughtful beat construction and that hell, a lot of hip hop albums can have amazing concepts.

But yeah, marginalization of those who are different has unfortunately been a significant aspect of group culture since the dawn of time.

If eyezayzay isn't claiming Things Fall Apart, then I'll make that my second nomination.

Things Fall Apart by The Roots

If he's making it one of his noms, then i'll have to decide between one of these 3:

The Great Adventures Of Slick Rick by Slick Rick

I'll Sleep When You're Dead by El-P

and

Deltron 3030 by Deltron 3030
