OK, let's see if I can keep this fantastic run of 2014 first listens going. For those who haven't been keeping up, I've heard the following for the first time in the last two days:
Inigo Kennedy - Vaudeville
Susanna / Jenny Hval - Meshes of Voice
Mick Jenkins - The Water[s]
Leon Vynehall - Music for the Uninvited
The Bug - Angels & Devils
All of them have been released this year, and all of them were great, particularly the offerings from Inigo Kennedy, Susanna / Jenny Hval, and The Bug. Hopefully Nux Vomica can keep up this entirely welcome trend. Sounding good so far. _________________ 2021 in full effect. Come drop me some recs. Y'all know what I like.

Well, that Nux Vomica record was excellent too. In order to try keep up this ridiculous run I've been on, during which the last six new-to-me 2014 albums I've heard have all been dope, I'll try a recommendation from the ever-reliable joyofdivision.
EDIT: I have no problem with this so far, but it seems a little tame. Gonna roll a jazz cigarette and pull it back to the start, see if that helps any. I'm willing to put my body on the line in order to keep up this run. _________________ 2021 in full effect. Come drop me some recs. Y'all know what I like.
