Ended up voting for '83 despite me loving the Neko Case, Julia Holter, Forest Swords, and the singles from Courtney Barnett, and FWA Twigs. But 1983 just had more stuff going for it, I actually love that Marillion record (even though they went on to do better) for example-- One of New Order's stronger offerings, Eno doing what Eno does best, Wipers and Talking Heads offerings are fantastic, and I like all of the singles.
