Both are naff-all use for recs (Stone has bugger all charts, and Kiki likes the Manics), so I'll have to go with the user I've interacted with the most. And for his existential ramblings, presence in plug, random letters left in charity shops books and due in no small part to my general love of the ridiculous I've got to go for Kiki.
