I'm not sure why, but I've always considered this album an essential to have on vinyl. It feels like it was really meant for that medium. Playing Zapp on any other format just feels wrong. _________________ Doubles & Conch

Zapp II on vinyl is just as stellar (having just spun in behind me I can vouch). The first two Roger Troutman solo LPs (Many Facets Of, Saga Continues) are also ace - in fact I'd probably put Many Facets Of... just ahead of the first Zapp LP from a personal point of view. Not sure how the Music On Vinyl repress of the first Zapp LP holds up - luckily managed to get an original US press today. _________________ 'Reggae' & t'ing Folk 'n Stuff SHAMELESS RECORD DEALER PLUG
