The Best Last Song On An Album

I went looking for our earlier chat about this subject here only to find that it was eventually closed up, so I am getting a new one going if that is okay. The earlier one is from three years ago anyways and it went on for pages, so here is a new one for us to share the awesome closing songs that we have run across since then. Here are the ones that I have found. :) :) :) This is one of the best songs that I have ever heard. Yes!! One of my favorites on the album!
Also, Knights of Cydonia by Muse is a perfect closer to Black Holes and Revelations and My Body is a Cage is a great closer to Neon Bible.
