I've got to go with "Love & Theft", it's my favourite Dylan album post-Desire. "Modern Times" is good too, but I'm much more intimately familiar with the former. 😄

Pretty equal... But I give the edge to ... Fuck this is hard. Ill relisten to both in order to really decide. Modern Times just seems so natural to me. It feels sorta effortless and I think that's beautiful. But Love and Theft has some songs which are just really incredible like Highwater and Mississippi. As of now I'm leaning towards Modern Times.
