Free at last!

Dropped the wife & kid at the train station, and there starts a week of seven year itch! First thing I do, of course, is buy some used CDs. The lady would be proud. For €20 in all:

An excellent compilation of remixes by Matt Elliott.


Mustango by Jean-Louis Murat

Murat's best. It's even got a song that's a homage to P.J. Harvey, and another for Calexico. Will replace my burnt copy.



Poorly rated, apparently, couldn't quite let it go at a lowly €3. Can't be all that bad.



Lovely DJ mix by one of the best French DJs from the minimal/clash scene. With some Superpitcher, Kiki, Robag Wruhme, et al, can't go wrong.

Good luck with your quest. I'm at 514 of the 1000 in my collection so far. It's a cool ride, for sure!
