Bringing it all Back Home - Bob Dylan
Highway 61 Revisited - Bob Dylan
Blonde On Blonde - Bob Dylan
Songs of Leonard Cohen - Leonard Cohen
Trout Mask Replica - Captain Beefheart
From Her to Eternity - Nick Cave
Ys - Joanna Newsom

I'm glad someone else appreciates Will Toledo's work as much as I do.

As for my picks... Well, most I would choose have been already mentioned. However, I'll include 3 that haven't been (one by an artist who has been frequently) or I at least haven't seen yet:

Blood On The Tracks by Bob Dylan

Streethawk: A Seduction by Destroyer

Totally underrated. It's like Bowie's Hunky Dory, Nick Drake & T. Rex thrown together for an early 21st century reflecting on the 20th. Worth every listen.

Tonight's The Night by Neil Young

Oops! I forgot this one:

Sometimes I Sit And Think, Sometimes I ...ey Barnett

Revolutionary. Even better if you're an Australian!

I did mention Blood On The Tracks, I agree it's Dylan's best work.

Oh sorry I didn't see it but I'm really glad someone agrees.

Another stellar one I forgot. Such a beautiful dichotomy this album is, lyrically.

There is no particular album I like from Jeffery Lewis, but I do like these songs and a few more (by the way, musically I have to say I struggle with Jeffery... but his lyrics are basically my generations Dylan, IMO).
