One of my friends gave me a vinyl of that two years ago 😁 , he said it cost him $15 @ a bestbuy 🤣 I pretty much never buy vinyl, actually...I never have...all my records were given to me 🤣 I find them impossible accessible around me.

What were you charged for it? 🤔 Sonic Boom probably sold it for around $50, right?

Close, it was like $35 plus tax... those fuckers! Everywhere else I've been it is at least $10-15.
They took advantage of my inexperience as a purchaser of vinyl!
Downtown Toronto is kinda ridiculous with its ungodly number of record stores (fueled by its UNGODLY amount of hipsters). My favourite record store is right next to another record store. There is also one across from it, not too far, and about another three on the same strip.

the first album i went out of my way to listen to was prolly a simon and garfunkel album of my parents. The first tape i had was either the bangles or ll cool j

Firs album - "Story of the Who" 1976
First single - Thankfully was a David Bowie one, unfortunately it was "Laughing gnome" in 1973. In my defence I was only 9.
