The first Vinyl album - Funeral - Arcade Fire, which I picked up from the lovely chaps at Sonic Boom, only to find later at pretty much every other record store I've ever been to, that I was horribly over-charged.
One of my friends gave me a vinyl of that two years ago ๐ , he said it cost him $15 @ a bestbuy ๐คฃ I pretty much never buy vinyl, actually...I never have...all my records were given to me ๐คฃ I find them impossible accessible around me.

What were you charged for it? ๐ค Sonic Boom probably sold it for around $50, right? _________________ Doubles & Conch

Close, it was like $35 plus tax... those fuckers! Everywhere else I've been it is at least $10-15.
They took advantage of my inexperience as a purchaser of vinyl!
Downtown Toronto is kinda ridiculous with its ungodly number of record stores (fueled by its UNGODLY amount of hipsters). My favourite record store is right next to another record store. There is also one across from it, not too far, and about another three on the same strip. _________________ A dick that's bigger than the sun.

Firs album - "Story of the Who" 1976
First single - Thankfully was a David Bowie one, unfortunately it was "Laughing gnome" in 1973. In my defence I was only 9.
