Hey Ya or Ms Jackson would have gotten my vote here (as would a number of other songs from Stankonia, probably) but I've never been a fan of Roses.

Tough choice. Went with "Roses" but would echo the comments that there's a handful of far superior Outkast tracks that I feel more strongly about.
