I love me some old-school country music. And to the Willie Nelson mention, he's one of my favorite country artists, and imo the creator of the greatest country album of all time in Red Headed Stranger.

But there's also some modern country music out there that's exceptionally good. I think we all know Sturgill Simpson, Chris Stapleton, and Kacey Musgraves, but here are a couple really really good country album from the past few years:
