Moor Mother, but with the sidenote I'm very glad to see both of these in any sort of tournament against eachother anywhere.

I really enjoyed Moor Mother when I listened to it during the play-in round. Workaround on the other hand didn't really appeal to me at all, though I'm glad I listened.

It would take something really special to convince me to vote againist Circuit City.
Workaround is undeniably as special as it gets, but unfortunately not the kind of special that appeals to me.
Circuit City gets my vote.

Workaround is a pretty cool album, but one that I appreciate more than I like. Great textures, but I wish many of the tracks were more developed. High 3/5. Circuit City is an album I loved at first listen, and going back now, it's even better. Excellent free jazz, and the poetry has grown on me a lot. 4/5.

Workaround for me. Both are really interesting, putting them alongside one another makes sense, but neither is really chart worthy. That being said, Moor Mother's spoken word parts aren't my favourite, there were times when I didn't really like the spoken part at all, and Workaround didn't have any glaring issues as far as I'm concerned. So I guess both are nice, but Workaround is slightly more enjoyable.
