Easy On Your Own
A potentially interesting song, but how does something come across as so overproduced and yet have such rough sound at the same time?
I had a similar reaction to the album's production choices upon my first listen. Wouldn't say it's necessarily overproduced, but it's definitely a high cost production despite the attempts to sound cool and lofi. But, at the same time, the guitars (and bass at parts) really do pack a certain bite which I love. It took me several listens to wrap my head around the contrast and now I don't necessarily love the production (could've been less polished overall), but it's not detrimental at all. _________________ Overall chart Fake overall chart
