cheers Charlie = Lovin' his stuff, obtained a pile of JB Cd's maybe 3 or so months ago - think I still have more still to play than what I've actually managed to listen to, hopefully in for a treat if what I have played is any sign of whats in store ๐
for years I've had the Star Time box, I thought that was all I needed but some of the albums I've heard recently have been fantastic - Sex Machine is good though not sure about the overdubbed crowd noise on some of the tracks!? weird...
my current favourites are
Definitely Maybe by Oasis
BEA's Album of the day - played this to death back when it came out - a storming debut, Slide Away, Live Forever, Columbia, Cigarettes & Alcohol, Supersonic 5* stuff - to my ears this is their best album
Early start this morning as dropped my wife off at Heathrow so starting the morning with some great jazz. Sure the neighbours will be ok with that
I can relate to that Johnny!
I always wonder what my neighbours think of my music playing.
They say they can't hear it but I think they're just bein' polite!!
? same with mine. My next door neighbour is great. Never complains. Maybe she recognises that Iโm got great musical taste and loves everything that I spin. Doubtful but I hope so.
I love Robert. Have all of his albums and seen him live loads and heโs a great songwriter and performer but I just canโt get into this new release.
Iโm hopeful that after a few more spins itโll start to click. No tracks even come close to classics like demons, dancing with devils or November. ?for it clicking
