"Maybe not quite the decade's best, but it could be the most "90s" album I've heard. As a catalog of everyday British life in the dole age, it becomes a sort of a looking glass sequel to The Kink's Village Green Preservation Society. So many enjoyable tunes, particularly "Tracy Jacks" and "London Loves"."

The Blur album wit da most rizz. And also amongst my favorite records ever made. Just phenomenally written in every way.
