New albums are only added to the site if they appear in at least one greatest album chart. You could add a chart containing the album and it would be added.
But wouldn' that mean constantly changing your chart, and putting albums in your top 50 that would not accurately reflect it's place in your affections compared to other albums. There are a few albums just bubbling under my 50, which I'd like to rate, and may be of interest to others, although I'd not go so far as to say they were the best albums ever.
Is there a topic heading in suggestions for albums we'd like to see on the site... even if it's to slag them off, so people can know just how bad they are? ... and by so doing, show how good other albums are by comparison.
Just thought it might make for a more complete picture and provide a context.
For instance- Fans of rolling Stones may like to check out Jamming with the Edward- a jam album with Ry Cooder which would never be considered a great album, but may garner interest as a curiosity.
