I'm listening to "Faust" by Faust right now.

Don't like it.

Not TMR either.

Rock bottom is really good though. About half of it.

I'm just really not into the "experimental" stuff.

Just find it to be rather pretentious.

I mean, sure, if I listened to it like 10 times I might end up liking it somewhat.
But I think the same could be done with Britney Spears.

Rolling Eyes

TMR is certainly not pretentious. It is an entertaining, enjoyable and awesome album, IMO.

That's fine, it's all just opinion anyway.

And there seems to be a lot of people who agree with you.

Right.

(Oh, wait..........did anybody consider that THIS THREAD WAS SAVED FROM BEING LOCKED? That's scary.)

Yes, I did consider that. And I don't think it was scary. Or necessary.

For more relevant discussions about Faust's eponymous album, feel free to make your way to the February SRE Week 2 thread, as Faust is one of the five albums to be listened to and rated this week, and we have yet had anyone share their thoughts about that particular album, or its songs. Very Happy
