On the surface this seems like a tough decision but after a while it becomes clear. Both occupy the lovable troll positions on the website but Jack goes much further. He knows when to drop the facade of his troll exterior (if he goes too far). He also actively offered life advice to the best of his ability in the support thread. Bong might have a great chart but he often doesn't know when to quit. Still a very funny guy though.
EDIT: And yes I know in the past this wasn't always the case, but Jack actively changed.
