Don't really know either, sort of know both of them but only as posters. That said, I love how Jasonconfused has handled any time politics come up and I barely remember Bork. So I'll vote Jason.

Difficult to phrase just how intelligent Bork is/was. He deserves at least to win this round.

yeah Bork only shows up very rarely, but every time he posts it's refreshing. One of the most well-rounded posters, with plenty of swagger to go around.
