An academic adviser visited my computer programming class to talk to us about transfer options and stuff in the field of computer science and engineering. She had beautiful eyes, fat lips, and the best body i've ever seen. At the end of the talk she invited the students to make an advising appointment with her.
I made an advising appointment with her just so i could bask in her presence and hear her talk some more. There wasn't much for us to talk about. I already know what classes i'm going to take before i transfer.
I stuttered a lot and avoided eye contact most of the time, because i would blush if i looked at her eyes.

Sounds like you're placing this woman on a pedestal, she's just another person really. Also, realistically, should you be ultra charming towards an academic advisor? She probably just thinks of you as just another person she saw that day, I wouldn't worry about her opinion of you.
Short term, take a walk as the others said and try not to make a big deal out of it.
Long term, if the only women you're trying to flatter are your educational superiors, trying befriending girls for non-romantic reasons, widen your social circle. They aren't always something to impress or obtain.

Anyways, we've ALL been there. Even the coolest guys I know get flustered when they develop a crush. So don't worry about it. Maybe just go watch a Scar Jo flick or something. ๐คฃ
