just dropping in to remind y'all that Django Reinhardt is the greatest guitar player who ever lived, with an incredibly complex style that is still a measure that many rock and jazz musicians aspire to. that with two partially paralyzed fingers on his left hand, making soloing a two-finger affair. his music is also warm as hell and very digestible despite this complexity. all-around clear greatest in my mind, but i nominated him, so we'll see if the people prefer an individual who starred in a documentary opposite The Edge and Jimmy Page about rock guitar playing 😉
Django is great and all. But Jack White is much more my thing and communicates to me much more and I like his style of music much more, so Jack White. _________________ -Ryan
