I don't know about you, but a good amount of my favorite songs are side tracks. (I call Side Tracks "B-Tracks" sometimes.) I want to know everyone's favorite side-tracks. It doesn't need to be in order.
Mine are.
1. Lounge Act-Nirvana
2. Rusholme Ruffians-The Smiths
3. 10,000 Days-Tool
4. Speak To Me to Breathe to On The Run-Pink Floyd 😵💫
5. Sixteen-No Doubt
6. Modern Guilt-Beck
7. There's More To Life Than This-Byork
8. Synchronicity I-The Police (It was a Single in Japan, but only in Japan)
9. Frankly, Mr Shankly-The Smiths
10. The Righteous & the Wicked-Red Hot Chili Peppers
I know the B-tracks are from fairly common artists, but its not everyday someone takes the time to acknowledge an artists B-tracks. What are your favorites?
Honorable Mentions
Meat is Murder-The Smiths 🪦
I Want What I Can't Have-The Smiths
X -Save Ferris

Many of the punk era singles were effectively ep's anyway, and often the A sides were the more commercial 'catchy' tracks with the better tracks on the B sides.
I could list dozens, but the following spring to mind:
New York State Police - UK Subs
Into The White - The Pixies
Social Fools - Devo
Police Truck - Dead Kennedys
The Same Thing - UK Subs
Fall In - Adam and The Ants
Spock's Missing -Athletico Spizz 80
Scum Of The Earth - UK Subs
Life Sentence - Dead Kennedys
Hang On To The Night - XTC
Live In A Car - UK Subs 😁
