Hello everyone,

My name is Mihai, the equivalent of Michael in English, I live in a small town of Romania and I am very happy to join this website.
For so long I've been searching for this kind of site and I am glad I have finally found one!
I really enjoy listening to any type of good music, but especially metal and rock music.
I recently fell in love with Buckethead's musical talent and begun listening to his pikes one by one.
I would very much like to help the website in any way I can, because it's awesome!

I look forward to your contributions.

If you are into metal and hard rock I would suggest finding your favorite albums that are not top 1000 and looking at that fellow member who is rating it high too. You will find that member rates a lot of other hard rock and metal albums usually with groups you may not know. I actually create playlists off of other members who have great top 100 albums. Especially when they rate great music that isn't appreciated as much on this site. There is nothing better than discovering a new metal album that is 30 years old!

I mean, none of Bucketheads albums are even in the top 10,000 here.

I was thinking more "Pantera Vulgar Display of Power" which is at 1016 right now. If you are into metal that is one of my favorites for a band that doesn't get much recognition like Metallica, Priest, etc..

I actually never even heard of buckethead, I guess I'll have to give that a listen.

Pantera gets plenty of recognition in conventional metal circles. BEA has always had issues with rating anything beyond marque (or Pitchfork-of-the-week) metal release, really.

Gowi,

I grew up in Michigan saw you have the Polish flag. You get down to Hamtramck for food? Whenever I am back in the D I have to stop there. I've never had Polish food anywhere as good as Hamtramck

Hamtramck is slowly becoming a Hispanic neighborhood last I checked, but I’m sure there’s still some Polish places out that way. I’m a bit closer to a (Polish) restaurant off the river in Wyandotte when I’m in the mood for the food of the fatherland.
