Nicolas Jaar is the only one I can think of right now (and I just read he's only 21 years old and he's already created a near-classic - phuck!)

Agree this album is great, best hip hop album yet this year. He was a member of Digable Planets which had some really good albums in their own right in the early 90's, very different from this stuff though, so I guess this is a kind of reemergence.
