I was always fascinated by albums based on books. Do you know any you could suggest to me?
This is the kind of thing I'm thinking of: I know there's got to be a lot more but these are the only ones I have.

I Robot by Alan Parsons Project. Based on the book by Isaac Asimov
War of the Worlds by Jeff Wayne. Based on the book by HG Wells
Tales of Mystery and Imagination by Alan Parsons. Based on the book by Edgar Allan Poe
The Wizard of Oz by Meco. Based on the book by L. Frank Baum

Some songs in Diamond Dogs by David Bowie are based in 1984 by George Orwell. They're only like 3-4 songs but I can't think of another example right now.

Also The Resistance by Muse is loosely based on the same book.

Forgot about that one. it's my favorite. I also rather like the Eurythmics' 1984 For the Love of Big Brother
