So I have only actively listened to the first half of the self-titled and Sound of Silver. The latter half of S/T, This Is Happening and American Dream have been played in the background with a few tracks actively listened to:
1. Sound of Silver
2. This is Happening
3. American Dream
4. S/T (Ironically, two of my top 5 favorite LCD songs — Daft Punk is Playing at My House and Losing My Edge — are on here)

I go back and forth on this all the time because as much as I like their last three albums they're all pretty flawed. All have some absolute monster songs and some pretty terrible songs. If I had to rank them, I'd go:
1. Sound of Silver
2. This is Happening
3. American Dream
4. LCD Soundsystem
The S/T is the only one I don't really care for. I'd say start with Sound of Silver; All My Friends is the greatest song ever written. _________________ And it's hard to be a human being. And it's harder as anything else.

This is Happening was my go to LCD record for years. There's no better album to sum up my college years than that one. That being said, I think I'd put american dream ahead of it (hot take, I know).

I did a ranking not too long after American Dream came out and I feel like it hasn’t changed. Still no less hard to choose a favourite but I’ll omit the live albums.
