BOTH great! Latter day Stereolab is really underrated. Saw them this summer and they were awesome!

Both very good but I think I'll narrowly go with the Rat as it's probably a better stand alone track. My fav of the post-punk type tracks we've had so far.

Goddamnit. I love both songs as much as anything in this tournament. I've interviewed The Walkmen, booked them once, and I've seen them perform The Rat live maybe 7 times. It's importance to me is simply too much to overcome.

a great matchup. i also went with the rat. i generally like stereolab better, but with this particular track-to-track match, i gotta go wlkmn.

Yeah gotta go The Walkmen, not just because of the "oh wow" nostalgia moment all the way back in '04.
