To post an album's artwork: After you click the "Post reply" button, type the album's title in the long "Insert BEA link" box toward the top right. When you start to type, a dropdown list of album titles and artist names will appear like this: [Album title] by [Artist name]. Click on the one you want and the html code for the artwork will appear in your post.
Not sure what you mean by "quotes from other issues." If you mean quoting other posts, click on the "Quote" button above every post. A post field with the whole quoted post will automatically appear.
