That Witch was a nice little song but I have to vote for Cygnus here. One of the highlights of that album, which is great. Julie Christmas's vocal performance is one of my favorites on any album. _________________ And it's hard to be a human being. And it's harder as anything else.
I liked That Witch, it's a sweet song. As for Mariner, it's the "worst" of Cult Of Luna's 2010s releases, but Cygnus is clearly the highlight. Julie's vocals are excellent on this song, and work with the instrumental/harsh vocals rather than sounding like they were thrown in at the last minute on top of a finished song. Love, love Cygnus, it gets my vote and it's one of my faves in the tournament. Glad to see other people enjoy it too. _________________ Overall chart Fake overall chart
