I still think "The Patient" is my favorite song on the album. I think "Lateralus" is objectively better, but my personal fav is "The Patient"

Another great album from end to end, but I have no problem making Schism first among equals.

The title track is my favorite here, but Schism is a pretty close second.

No way is it Schism, sorry people. It's a very consistent album, Ticks & Leeches is underrated and so is Disposition/Reflection. Parabol/Parabola is my fave, but an argument could be made for Grudge, Patient, Reflection and the title track imo.
