I know all the dire "think"pieces about the state of music in 2025, but do we still have enough interest for some sort of tournament, maybe just to prove there's still some good tuneage going on. If not a song, then longer album tournament? or another type of tourney, just to arouse interest of some sort. As long as I only need to post matches once a week (or longer), it'll be fine. Lemme know what you prefer, or if we just let this forum section die out.

Definitely would be interesting to see a 2025 tournament (or whatever else tournament), BEA seems to generally have one for the prior year. Not sure what format that would be, but would be happy with however it's done. _________________ Bluesky · Facebook · Spotify · X

Well, like Deoin Sanders we can do both, I guess we'll start with songs cause that (usually?) goes faster and will likely pass over the torch for whatever version of the album tourney we end up doing. Will send out emails and put up nominations post ASAP
