The Expedition 33 soundtrack is quite easily the best body of work I have heard from 2025. A masterpiece soundtrack I truly believe is up there with the best ever. A perfect score for the videogame with the most awards in videogame history. I remember this area of the game as well, and it is a gorgeous, soothing, area after an emotional moment for the player and some companions. The sleepy ambient soundscape is perfect for the Sacred River. I do however believe that for a singles tournament there are some other tracks that could have impressed more for those who haven't played the game such as 'Lumière', 'Une vie à peindre', or the title track.
I think for this one I am going with Oklou because it's a better single and has more substance to it. A gorgeous pop song and I really should listen to the album in full. Definitely! One of my favorite albums of 2025! Every track is pretty awesome!
I always like to see personal picks for these tournaments and River Dream is just that, even if it's not a perfect choice as a single. A lovely track nonetheless.
blade bird is killer, makes me sad harvest sky hasn't been nominated as it's an even better track. If this was an album tournament Clair Obscur would get my vote, but as it stands Oklou is a clear winner for me. _________________ Overall chart Fake overall chart
