Not surprising, though. This is really the fundamental difference between the DC hardcore scene and the Baltimore hardcore scene — in DC, you can fire all the right-wing guitar players you want, and even if they can afford to own a car there, they'll never be able to get up enough speed to seriously hurt one of your parents by running them over because all the streets are gridlocked and there's just too much traffic.
