Robert Christgau famously described Black Sabbath's debut as "Cream, but worse". The only problem is, their debut was one of the greatest albums ever made, and this is surprisingly mediocre.

I love both albums of which
Black Sabbath - Black Sabbath is at #61 on my chart, and
Disraeli Gears - Cream is at #53 on my chart

#52 My Chart ๐ We're Going Wrong I think it is one of the forgotten songs. When Cream made โโa "return" in 2005, it was this above work shone perhaps better than ever. Super Trio's members played in the true concentration. An Important album! _________________ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MNGpsnTCUXM

IMO Ginger Baker is one of the forgotten drummers. Also one of the greatest.

It was fine to see how the old men were able, in particular, Jack Bruce. The DVD is watching / listening worth several times. The Spectator Seats shows a lot of celebrities like Sean Penn. Tales Of Brave Ulysses did not hear. Why? _________________ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MNGpsnTCUXM

A favorite of mine - I have considered replacing their debut album with this in my chart. I love the overall warm feel and enjoyable uptempo music (I like how you can make a song called World of Pain sound happy). Tales of Brave Ulysses is definitely my favorite on here, with its bizarre lyrics and Eric Clapton amazing and innovative guitar work - one of the first songs to use a wah-wah pedal which later became a well integrated part of psychedelic- and hard rock.
