I really feel like it is one of the best rock operas in a long time but I know a lot of you have a general disdain for the band.

How many of you think this is good album?

American Idiot was the first full album I listened to. I remember listening to it everyday (the only album I would listen to) and thinking that it was the best album ever.

Looking back at American Idiot, its not as good as I used to think it was. However, its still a good album.

American Idiot served its purpose -- it was my 8th grade sticking-it-to-the-world album. I still like it. Maybe it's nostalgia, but it's a pretty catchy album.

Definitely not dumb to like "American Idiot". I love "American Idiot"! It's definitely Green Day's best-written album and best album altogether.

Great album. Arguably the best album of the 2000s.
